On the Isle of Skye we get a lot of rain! But when we do, it can make some of the most dramatic scenes with tumultuous clouds of grey blue and black over shimmering pools of water. The foliage can often be intensely ochre and green making a very rural Constable-like landscape. This image was made just as the rain was coming in from the right, I clambered off the road through bog and long grass to get myself into position and only just caught the image before the rain swept in.
