Shop Policies



1) An online image is only a close approximation of the final print. Slight variations may be expected with the printed item.


2) I aim to prepare and ship your print within 7 business days so that it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Framed items take longer as that part of the process is outsourced. Typically, a metal print or stretched canvas will take about 2 weeks.


3) If you are dissatisfied with the print you can return it, you must do this within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions: Signed and numbered Limited Edition Prints, framed prints, stretch canvases and metal prints are considered bespoke items and are non returnable unless clear damage in transit is demonstrated.

4) A returned item must be returned in the condition in which it was sold and in the original packaging. It must be returned using the same delivery service eg courier and tracking if it arrived with you by courier. You will be refunded within 3 business days of the return of the item provided it is in perfect condition. We recommend you use courier and tracking to ensure this is the case.

5) Items that you receive damaged will be replaced or refunded. To claim a replacement or refund you must present photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged item. A refund will be given if clear evidence of damage is shown.

6) Damage considered to have been caused by inappropriate handling of the picture or modification of the item eg addition of hardware to the back of the picture, bending of fragile metal panels by standing them on end or on the corners or use of hanging systems other than that supplied, will not be refunded.

7) We do not refund the shipping cost on returned items.

8) Purchases must be delivered to the address of the cardholder.
